Hi, I’m Nicolas Tippins, founder of Nick’s Pressure Washing. I grew up right here in the Bay Area, and today I’m proud to serve Burlingame and surrounding communities with the kind of honest, careful work that’s getting harder to find.
After my time in the military, I returned home with a mindset that still guides everything I do: do it right the first time, take pride in your results, and earn your respect through action — not shortcuts.
When I became a father, my perspective shifted. Homes weren’t just jobs anymore — they became personal. I saw them for what they truly are: where families grow, where memories are made, and where people should feel safe and proud.
